Information
The Tivoligasse 11 residential building is one of the largest and most innovative solid timber construction projects in Vienna. All the walls and ceilings of the apartments are made of cross-laminated timber manufactured in Austria. The façade is clad with natural larch cladding.
As a result, the building has a pleasantly comfortable living climate and thus outperforms conventional reinforced concrete and brick buildings. This is partly due to the natural building material wood, but also to the breathable construction of the building envelope.
A total of 85 rental apartments ranging from 35 to 106 m² with 1 to 4 rooms were built with high-quality furnishings and an attractive design. The residential building consists of four sections, which are accessed via an elaborately designed garden area.
All apartments have open spaces such as balconies or terraces as well as an allocated storage room in the basement for each apartment.
A total of 22 garage spaces with electric charging stations (1 station for 3 parking spaces) are available. The additional monthly rent for a garage space is € 138 gross.
